Player killing is coming back soon! WOrlds themed for playerkillinmg will be made, similar to RuneScape Classic. Read on if you weren’t around back in 2007. Or if you find this interestingly long.
History: PKing started back in RSC. Back then, PKers would rule the land. In August, 2001, the Wilderness was made as the only PKing area. Eventually, other areas, like castle wars, were added. Back in December 2007, the wilderness became just another piece of land, and bounty hunter and clan wars were added.
Being a PKer: Being a player killer meant going around killing people. Many were rangers or mages, meaning it was hard for those who went for meleers (I think…) to pkers. For those newer (Maybe a word..) to runescape, summoning wasn’t around when PKers were. Anti-Pkers were originally people who were “against pking” but would kill PKers, which made them richer.
Pros of killing others in new way: Jagex has made it automatic that depending on the people-you-kill’s levels, they will drop those kinds of things. High level skillers will be my targets! Old PKers will come back to this strange new world of runescape!
Pros of old PKing: People ran from them. PKers ruled the wildy and scared curious newbs! Now Revenants do. PKers were frequently very rich. Perhaps now you see why many quit?
Cons of killing others in new way: PKers won’t get the same drops as last time. And there won’t be a safe spot for anyone. Except 1% of PKing worlds.
Cons of old PKing: People commonly ran from PKers into lower wilderness and made it hard to kill sometimes.

dragon Kite!
The new Dragon Kite has come out! It is a real kite that you can fly. Not a kite shield, but you can fight with it.
To get this dragon kite, first go to Draynor Village with 100gp [or just all of your money]. After doing that talk to Diango. Say that you want one of the kites and he will give one to you for 100gp!

Happy Eatser (early I know!) I would’ve taken picture but my photoshop isn’t working. I will take pics when it works. (Expect them tonight)
Easter Guide: (60gp required) The hole is south-west of the air Rune Altar. Investigate and tlak to the voice. You can find eggs in Falador, Port Sarim, and Draynor Village. To get the Port Sarim egg, go on a boat to Karamja, then go back and it will be on barrel in boat. To get the Draynor Village egg is sitting on a rock near the wall (west of Draynor village.) The Falador egg is held by the statue north of Falador. Go back to the hole. After handing over the eggs, enterthe hole. Talk to the Easter Bunny. Agree to help and grab a Cockatrice egg. Dip it in the Chocalate mixer and bring it to the incubator to the east. Put it in and get 12 buckets of water and 12 buckets of coal. Put them in the incubator in the designated locations. Do adjust temperature to get the temp to the blue arrow. Water cools, coal heats. Talk to the Easter bunny and become a bunny! When it begins following you, tell your Cockatrice the other don’t like it. Target spiders and rats and such. When you get 12, return to Easter Bunny and become human, add the chocolate to mixer. He will give you a cape. If you want emote go back and ask for more Chocatrice. Return to it as a bunny and get 10 mure Chocolate chunks. When you have them do the same process. Operate cape for emote and use bunny hop! Continue to do work for him for eggs.

ok ok… when my friend (and me) got the eggs there were in different place’s and they may be for you. They were in the party room bar table (on the 2nd floor). On a statue east of the mage trainers, and west of the main port sarim. Thats all that i have to say on this topic

Stronghold: There is a Stronghold of Player Safety. There is a new emote (pic soon) to go with it. Here is the guide for completing it: Go behind the strong hold and go down the jail stairs. Talk to the guard. Click the plaque on each jail door. Go upstairs and talk to the teacher. He will give you a test (check your inventory.) 
Give the test to the professor and you will get two lamps, 500 xp each. More pictures later, including what you can do afterwards.
Quest: There was also a new quest released today! I will get a guide later today or tomorrow.
